It seems we are going to have to make some hard decisions sooner rather than later. Our beloved Ali has informed us that she has found a new love shack which she is moving into in about three weeks time...bugger!
So soon the Whitby house is going to be empty. Either we move down into it and rent out our Masterton house, which has a smaller mortgage. Or we stay in Masterton and have to pay two mortgages!!!! I am going to be in Wellington a lot over the next few months so maybe moving some of our possessions into the Whitby place will mean we can have two homes for a while?!?!? Arrrrgggghhhh but what if it takes ages to sell? We also have three fluffy children to think about.....oh I think I need a lie down!

stick tenants in Whitby it's going to be tough to sell it, and it will be cheaper that way. these are tough economic times according to the media.
